A day at the ZOO

I LOVE the zoo, always have. And now my kids share my love. We have been zoo members for many years and we usually get at least 2-3 trips a year to the zoo. So we took advantage of Doug's time off to take a family trip. We saw a lot of animals and visited the Dinosaur exhibit. It was a great family day. We were supposed to make it back to Salem by 5 for Jack's football practice but we were having too much fun so we stayed a little longer.

This dinosaur exhibit was at the zoo 2 years ago. The dinos look very realistic.

Ellie has always had such a great love for animals, and Jack is slowly getting the same love.

We have loved watching the baby elephant grow. He is almost 2 now and full of personality.

It was a really busy day so we had to wait a little for our train ride.
